They are the same gun except for the couple small parts that are different between full and semi auto. The HK91 and PTR are the same gun but with a different builder and name. The CETME and HK91 / PTR parts are interchangeable except=. Bolt carrier and bolt head. Cocking tube, cocking handle support. locking lever and locking piece. Recoil buffer.

The only problem I see with using mag parts for compliance is that using a surplus mag in it would suddenly make it non-compliant. If you're wanting to keep the exterior as original as possible, my list would be receiver (flat), bolt, bolt carrier, trunnion, barrel, muzzle device, and cocking handle. Having said all that, no one will ever check.
